Great customer service

My review is for Constellation Response itself, and not necessarily the product. The product I received was defective (although it IS a good product when functional, and I do recommend it), so I reached out to CR for help. Within a few minutes, customer service (Rob specifically) was communicating with me to solve the issue. They coordinated sending me a new unit, and were incredibly quick with all of their replies. They seem to be a great company to buy from who fix issues quickly. I'll be back with more business.
