I would have liked to have been informed by you earlier that there was a delay in my order .To be fair you did communicate with me when you realised that this was important to me.This should be part of the process if there are issues .Like I said Comminication is key .That said I loved my duck and it was nice to add in the little sign as a good will gesture .I would recommend your company to anyone and I think they make terrific gifts especially for people abroad .
