Rotary Tattoo Machine Kit

The communication from this company was awful it was fragmented and they're tracking links in their emails were broken and they had the wrong carrier for the wrong tracking number and I had to manually spend 30 45 minutes researching it and responding to the correct email address cuz all the communication came from different email addresses and there's multiple packages multiple carries in multiple shipments and one of the packages was delivered as agreed to my address but the other was on hold for a week 10 days and they said it was received on Friday but no one here has it and no neighbor has it and it wasn't sent to the other address so I've asked for a full refund and I'm going to follow up with my lawyer I'm totally spent with this
