Amazing quality and beautifully crafted shoes
After receiving a pair of similar shoes from Jak with a slight construction flaw, I experienced some of the best customer service I’ve ever had. Fast, friendly and super helpful communication resulted in a replacement pair of shoes being sent half way around the world to me in New Zealand at no cost to me, in under a week!
Both pairs of shoes are beautifully made, and even with the defect on the original pair, I was impressed with the build quality and materials used. Both are incredibly comfortable and I can only say thank you!
