Norton 750 850 Commando Stainless Swingarm End Cap Kit

Swingarm seal kit

This kit came with o-rings, end caps and a 7” 4-40 boltto hold it together. The end caps are 1 3/8” diameter, but I need 1 1/4” diameter. My Commando is an MKII, so maybe the kit fits some other model. Anyway I turned down the end caps to fit. The O-rings may need to be replaced with rubber disks from the hardware store. The 4-40 bolt is very thin and I’m not confident it keeps the o-rings from leaking oil. So, I may replace it with an 8/32 drill rod and nuts at both ends. Otherwise the kit is good enough.
