Dark Star - 5oz bottle

This one is no joke! Packs a lot of heat but has a smooth finish. I have been loving this in soups, and found a really great pairing with some mole poblano. Excellent!

I recently joined this hotsauce subreddit and saw a post praising Funky’s. Instantly jived with their vibe, promptly ordered 6 bottles, and just got them in. I put Dark Star on some bbq tonight and really loving this flavor… it packs a serious punch without being ridiculous, and the coffee addition is so unique. Can’t wait to dive into the others!

This stuff is easily my new favorite sauce! It’s not every day I find something that doesn’t sacrifice flavor for heat, or vice versa, but this sauce in particular manages to be flavorful AND hot. I’ve already bought three more bottles!
