Excellent service. Odered on Wednesday. Hat was pulled and shaped on Thursday. Nathan texted me some pictures of the shaped hat to make sure it was satisfactory, and it was. Thanks Nathan. UPS picked hp the hat Thursday afternoon, and it was on my doorstep Monday morning. I could not be happier with my choice.
