They work great the placement is the tricky part and the comfort straps for the thighs and ankles werent tight enough but I emailed them and immediately got sent a thing saying they are sending me 10 free elastic straps the tracking is high quality the strap placement is the most important part the thigh straps go slighly above the knee, the ankle straps go on your calfs, the feet trackers go where the arch in your foot is, and the hip tracker goes in the back it should be resting on where your tailbone is or you can have it slightly to the side but it needs to be facing back everything else goes in the front.
