Tea Strainer – Silver Plated, Long Handle

Exactly what I was looking for...solid, sturdy, practical and beautiful. Have had numerous tea strainers over the years that were disappointing - flimsy, awkward to use, difficult to clean.

Pretty, but not effective

Very pretty but not at all effective as a tea strainer since the cup would have to be filled to the absolute brim for the tea to be able to steep for any period of time. Other spoon shaped strainers are enclosed so that they can be dunked into the tea but not this one.
