Package lost in transit

Hi, my order was shipped December 8th, reached Nashville and then it was sent all the way to California and it’s still in another state right now. I NEEDED this for a Christmas present and I’m very upset considering I have reached out to support multiple times and nothing has been done. It shouldn’t take nearly a full month to get my package… :(
