Case is okay. However the soft touch/matte coating on the camera rim and back of case has started to wear away during normal use with no drops. Once the coating starts peeling it just gets worse and worse. 1/2 of my camera rim is now just bare plastic.

Overpriced and Poor Quality! The coating on the camera rim started wearing off after just one week of normal use, with no accidental drops or mishandling. I wish I could upload a photo to show how bad it looks. This is unacceptable for a product priced at over S$75.

Do not buy. Terrible quality for what seems to be a premium product based on price. I have had multiple issues. 1. The website said the item would ship in 1-2 weeks. My case was shipped 6 weeks later. 2. When I finally received the case, it looked great, seemed to be of very good quality BUT after only 2 weeks of use under very normal conditions (no extreme handling, no drops), the case started to peel in 2 spots, then a few more spots, and they are getting bigger. It seems like the matte coat that gives a very good look to the case was coming off. 3. The customer service is terrible with very slow response. They claim they respond within 1-3 days which in my case it’s been 3 days. This is simply not good enough. The final feedback was that “the peeling on the back of your case appears to be due to normal wear and tear, likely from frequent handling, such as moving the device in and out of pockets”. This is a joke how this can be tear and wear just after 2 weeks.
