Worst experience ever. It’s been a month and I still have not received my items. The website specifically says 5-6 days shipping for international orders. However, it took over 3 weeks just for it to get shipped out from the warehouse. and when I emailed customer support about this they would give me a different excuse each time and just lie to me. They initially put the blame and fault on their carrier and warehouse. And then said there is an issue and they will “investigate”. They did not investigate anything. Then they said the long shipping time can be due to the item being held at customs but a package can only be held at customs when it is in transit or has arrived at the destination country, and at the time they said this, my package had not even been shipped out from the warehouse! So it was not possible for it to held at customs if it was not even in transit yet. So that was another lie they told me but they kept contradicting themselves.
