I recently placed an order for a custom trunk for my future sister-in-law. However, after placing the order I realized the lead time for the trunks and I was only 2.5 weeks out from my future sisters bridal shower when i planned to gift it to her. I sent them an email and they were kind enough to let their team know about the date I needed it by and she said they'd do all they could to make sure it arrived in time. It ended up arriving 5 days early!! I couldn't be more grateful! Thank you so much again; she loved it :)
