Excellent usefulness but a little rough
This wooden spoon behaves as advertised. You’re able to scrap stuck food on the bottom of the pot or pan while stirring and the curves on its sides let you get into the edge as well. I like that the spoon is deep enough to be used for serving. Its quality is excellent, I can see if it’s taken care of it will last several lifetimes. I gave it 4 stars because the spoon itself was rough and I thought for the price it should be smooth. Sanding was a simple fix though and I would buy from Earlywood again .
