Good product but customer support issue

Product works great for our smaller coop. Issue was with the extension wire. Since this was for a second coop we were running the timer from incubator warehouse timer with a 3rd party extension power cable to the light in the second coop. Spoke to customer service who advised plug size was 5.5 by 2.5mm when after careful measurement with digital calipers figured out the actual size was 5.5 by 2.1mm. Once the correct extension cable and splitter works great….i just now have an extra $15 of wires and splitter I don’t have any use for.
