These watercolours are absolutely lovely. The smooth consistency, vibrancy of colours…don’t hesitate to purchase. The only problem is that you’ll want more! Thank you for your skill and craft in making these paints. It shows. The presentation is also stunning. Pure luxury.

I feel almost elegant when I paint with these paints!

The colors are dreamy and dramatic. Bold yet creamy and smooth. They have a certain smoothness that I have not found in any of my other water color paint brands. I was a die hard D. Smith fan and I love exploding color from Holbein, and love my Schmincke and Sennelier paints. But these seem even more transparent if that is even possible. Very lovely. I will admit that I ordered the wrong set first-I ordered the new opaque pallet and was so disappointed that I almost didn't order these. I was in a hurry and didn't read all of the info. That box was lovely too-but the colors and opacity we not right for what my style is. I will gift them to someone who can use them and start saving to get more colors and a new pallet from A. Gallo.
