The 7 Day Cleanse for me a commitment to recharge/reboot my system for healthly lifestyle. A 7 Day Cleanse is challenging but once you get to the end your mind and body feel revitalized. Since completion I am more focused on what I am eating and my portions sizes. The quality and taste of juices make the cleanse refreshing and enjoyable. Would I do it again? YES I am on a weight loss journed and the 7 Day Cleanse is one of the tools in my kit.
