I’m very happy with my experience ordering a book from this store. We had a small issue because we forgot to include our apartment number, so the book was returned to the store. The team was very understanding and offered us a great solution. In the end, we received our book and are very happy with both the product and the customer service. My grandson had such a look of awe as I read it to him for the first time. He turned to me confused and asked if I had made it because I am a professional cake decorator and always making unique items for the grandkids. Unfortunately, they have told me they feel there is nothing that I can't do (no pressure) so it was not a stretch in his mind that I had created such a personal story. I explained that I took a photo I had of him and sent it to some very talented people who made this book especially for him. It is truly a treasure that will always be a special memory.

I got this book for my grandson for his 5th birthday. He loves superheroes, so this was the perfect book for him. He loved it and so did everyone that saw it at his party. Will definitely be ordering more.
