This strawberry flavor is wonderful. We'd tried Orgain brand shakes and like them just fine, but they stopped making their strawberry version harder to find (and were boycotting A***zon just now. Ka'Chava to our tongues' rescue!!! Adding frozen berries really brings it in!

Ovaltine vibes

It reminds me of Ovaltine. It has all the nutritious perks one needs for a busy day. It keeps me full until lunch, even a late lunch. I didn't give it 5 stars because the taste isn't quite there. You have to add more ingredients to make it work. It is also not sustainable in terms of price.
