Very filling. Would NOT recommend mixing with just water. I use greek yogurt and fozen banana slices w some coconut milk. Mix it in a Nutri Bullet. It is much too gritty if just mixed w water. I should also say I prefer the chocolate, but this is a good change.

Good flavor
I typically don't like artificial strawberry flavor but this one is really good!

Great flavor!
I make my protein shakes with milk - regular, soy or almond - and with the strawberry flavor, the shake is just so satisfying. The strawberry flavor is prominent, highly recommended if you want a break from chocolate.
