I recently ordered a pair of Susano shorts, and when they arrived, I noticed one was missing. I reached out, and they were super quick to respond, apologized, and promised to ship out the missing pair right away. True to their word, the second pair was mailed out the following day.
I really appreciate how smoothly everything was handled especially since they’ve clearly been busy with a lot of orders. Great customer service, fast resolution, and super friendly communication. The shorts are absolutely fire and I’m definitely a fan now.
