If there’s ever a super long review worth reading- it’s mine, please hear me out!! As a young girl, I adored wearing earrings. The gummy bear ones we all loved at Claire’s, borrowing my older sisters diamond studs, and those weird spiky rubber ones that were oddly popular in 2008 along with the multicolor studded jean belts? I’m really exposing my age here lol. . Naturally, I got my second lobe, then third, and eventually my cartilage. Through most of my early teenage years, I continued to wear most any earrings with no problem at all. And then my skin became incredibly sensitive; I began to develop acne, random welps, and ultimately my ears began to reject earrings. I tried so many different types and things- hypoallergenic, sensitive, cleaning my ear piercings every other day, etc. But nothing was changing and my ears felt like they were on fire when I wore any earrings at all. So, I gave up. I didn’t wear earrings for years, and I felt like the form of expression I enjoyed so much was taken away from me. I’d try here and there with different companies who claimed their earrings were made or coated with some ✨magical✨ material that worked great for everyone. Shocker, none of them did. Not until I tried a pair of earrings from Cords Club. After seeing countless Tik Tok testimonials and ads for years it feels like - I took the plunge. Admittedly, the price was difficult for me to take the plunge on. But I really felt like these were going to be the holy grail for me to wear earrings *comfortably* ever again. And I am so glad I did, I eased slowly into putting the Cords Club studs in each piercing. After over a decade of not being able to comfortably wear the piercings in my ears - I now am wearing them so comfortably I can sleep in them. I’ve had no issues at all, literally haven’t had my hair or clothing pull on them. No issues at the gym or wearing headphones. These truly are incredible!
