Zion Cases- Horizontal Display Case (with Risers)

I ordered the wrong case (horizontal & meant to order vertical) and immediately reached out to customer service. Within literally 10 minutes of emailing, I received a response and immediately had my order updated to receive a vertical case without having to change anything on the order! Incredible service for the best product in the business!

LOW QUALITY!!!Definitely not what i was expecting for the money . Literally 3 pieces of plexi glass and the actual case part is no better quality than a heavy made rubber made container. The cheap plexi glass lid dosent close properly and gets hung up.Very dissapointed with the product. Dont fall for the hype. Also the travel bag for the case is 100 dollars . I might have been happy with my purchase if it was 100 dollars for the whole case setup and the bag . I don’t understand how these could be considered the best or the top of the line when quality falls super short in my oppinion. Also the risers dont stay standing in their slot when you lift the lid up off of them and can be pain to get lined up

It came chipped and damaged and I have an event to use it for soon. Sending it back for a new one would take so much more time and I would be charged for costs of shipping when it should have came brand new and not dented in the first place. I thought this was one of the top tier and trusted brands and they would ensure good quality but I was wrong.
