Kate Modal Soft Pleat Front Nightgown

Beautiful Color

I wasn't sure that I would like this when I made the purchase. In the past, from other brands, this fabric tended to emphasize the body underneath. But this item is not like that. Better quality, I assume. At 68, this is not my prime goal. The cotton-silk nightgowns are my choice for feeling pretty and staying cool when going to bed. But I digress. The fabric is just thick enough and drapes well. The color is a beautiful shade of lavender. I usually take a large in other brands, but I am a medium with this company, and it is still not tight or clinging in any way. This is why I can't rate the sizing. I'm small-chested. The scoop neck is flattering, even on an older woman. The sizing has been consistent so far with the two purchases I have made from this brand.

LOVE this nightgown!!! Soft and silky, washes well, looks great. I have it in black and liked it so much I had to get another one!
