Washing Machine Cleaner ULTRA

Asked to canceled the order after it hadnt shipped in weeks. Couple days later they respond and say it has now been shipped. Replied I didnt want it shipped wanted order cancelled and refunded. They sent same message back a few hours later.

Well, I wasn’t thinking about it when I ordered this, but it only cleans where the water can go.. they make you kind of feel like the whole machine’s gonna be cleaned when common sense tells you it’s not… so maybe they should say something along the lines of if your Water can reach it we can clean it..

I placed an order on May 3rd. As of June 2nd I still have not received my shipment and Uproot Clean has ignored two emails.
