Creamy, Slightly Bitter
I quite enjoyed this matcha but I think I would stick to using it for lattes. Upon opening it, i was hit with a sweet smelling, creamy but slightly yellow powder (nothing bad). When whisked it frothed up quite nicely and the smells turns more umami/earthy. As an usucha, it is slightly bitter, creamy mouthfeel, astringent and umami. As a latte it creates a nice green colour and was nice and creamy with slightly astringency and a strong umami profile.

Nice natural sweetness compared to the other matchas, but it is a touch more bitter than the other ones. Their purple Hatsu is my favourite but this is a good start for those getting into matcha! Would have to recommend a bit more milk and sugar though for those drinking this!
