Exceptionally good

There are two things about this coffee that really impressed me. First, just as the label said it was a Medium roast. You may be surprised to hear that you can't always count on roasters labeling the roast level of a coffee accurately. Often coffees labelled Medium are actually Medium-Dark or Medium-Light. The color definitions for roast levels adopted by the SCA are not universally followed. Second, this coffee showcases all that is exceptional about Colombian coffee. It is smooth, sweet, balanced, and easy to drink. Highly recommended.
