Needs the right top coat

I’m rating this down a bit just because I’m struggling to find a non-gel topcoat that doesn’t dull the finish. If What’s Up can specify a top coat that lets the finish remain mirrored, I would bump this up to 5 stars. It’s GORGEOUS after you apply and buff it. However, I tried five different top coats and they all removed the mirror finish, and made it just a regular kinda shiny green. I can get a shiny green effect with a $10 bottle of regular green nail polish.
