Not staying on

I had a problem with them not staying on. The bottom part had a gap that I couldn’t get them to stick & stay on. I ran them under warm water but it didnt help. It fell off! I was worried to leave the house with them on…so I didn’t! I tried again a few days later and the same thing happened. The bottom part of the cake will not stick. Perhaps you can give me some advise because I cannot find any info on your website.

I bought them both and in both shapes. I expected 1 or 2 times of solid strength based on passed experience with other ripple covers. So far I have used both types of the nipple covers at least 5 times and they are holding up great just like if it were the first time.
