Customer Service and Repair

I have to thank the customer service at DWARF Labs for their acknowledgment and repair of my DWARF 3 telescope. After walking me through some diagnostics it was determined that the unit had to be returned for repairs. They kept me informed of everything that was being repaired on the telescope, which they ultimately replaced. Interesting telescope

Weather has thwarted our efforts considerably, but we’re hoping to be able to use it more. My main interest is wildlife photography and my husband’s is the stars, and it’s going to be good for our level of knowledge.

I like it alot

I think its a great machine overall. It would be nice if they updated the software to be able to stack different filters. It would also be nice to have it auto delete bad frames if you choose to so I don't have to scroll through every single one to delete and make room. But otherwise it seems to take nice quality images and I am having fun learning.
