I have only used it twice and so far i like it. The only problem i have is that it said i would receive a spare propeller for free. I emailed about this and was told that they have chenge thatand it sould have been changed in info. This was one of the reasons i choose reel yaks. Other word may have givi n a 5 star.

The pedal drive works great. It moves my kayak fast through the water and the capability to move in reverse is great, also! Just one small concern I have is my heels hit the deck of my kayak sometimes when I’m pedaling and that may have something to do with the way I’m sitting on it.

Finally got to take my kayak out for my first day on the water and it did not disappoint. Was so fun. More fun than I had even expected. Can’t wait to get out again. I’m a bigger guy at 240lbs and they 10.8 ft Rapido can handle my weight no problem. Super easy to get setup and out on the water. I recommend Reel Yak to anyone that will listen.
