unbelievably poor service

One star is too much to give, now after 3.5 weeks my mats have not yet arrived, their customer service provides unbelievably poor service, no system update on track & trace, only poor excuses as an example, we are waiting for a plane that has space for you to pack??? are there only a few flights to Europe during the last 3.5 weeks??? have asked for a refund or they send me my order again, but they will not……..

I received the 3 items i ordered quickly and without fuss. All the items were good quality and fitted perfectly. Now onto my next purchase with Evstitan.

Perfect and fast

It took a while until I received the goods. But this was most probably due to the rather big package. I left the mats one day in the sun to give them a "flat" form again as they have been folded for transport. Afterwards they did fit perfectly and installation was very easy.
