So I got a 50 ml boba Bae, delivery was FAST. the only issue was the atomizer was leaking. I emailed them, and they emailed me back a few weeks later due to my email falling in the spam folder. No biggie, I understand, things like this happen. They replaced my bottle and it was here within days, they also let me keep my leaky one. They took me at face value and didn't ask for proof or anything. They were very generous by correcting the problem immediately.
