Great theory. Poor execution

I've owned my cooler 3 years. Cooler itself is incredible. I absolutely love it. The keys to attach the handle wear quickly then rotate to the unlock position when I stand the handle up. Bought new keys. Did not resolve the problem. A $600 cooler should not have parts that wear out. Nor should they cost $80 to replace.

Cooler suggestion

After having this cooler for many years and use coolers everyday. I think the strap should be able to used with the handle still in place. Simple modification. The other thing is that I would prefer that the lid only open in one direction, it falls off more often than not. Especially when somebody opens that is not familiar with Oyster. Or install a locking device on one side. I love the performance of this cooler,
