I really enjoyed reading Joseph Nguyen’s book, Don’t Believe Everything You Think. The Inner Peace Coin now sits on my desk as a daily reminder of the principles and insights from the book. It helps me stay focused, purposeful, and intentional throughout the day. A simple but meaningful reminder to pause, be present, and keep perspective.

It is a great touchstone for your pocket to remind you d to stop thinking and find peace!

Like many people what’s out of sight is out of mind. Having my Peace coin next to the chair I sit in most of the day has helped me to remember that every thought I have doesn’t require unnecessary thinking about it.
