This was a very spontaneous purchase. I loved all the backpacks. I always want to support small businesses (specially Canadians small businesses and more so during the Holidays.) Shipping took a bit longer than I expected. I love the backpack I got, it's slightly different from the photo (the dino head is missing its eye and on mine it's not positioned exactly like in the photo). It seems that because of inventory issues, mine had to be manufactured quickly to fulfill my order. I want to end this on a positive note: I would order again, because I absolutely love the designs and the quality is very good.
