Never received my order

I never received my order, despite paying for express shipping that cost almost as much as the item itself. When I tried to view the proof of delivery, the system rejected my postal code as "incorrect," even though I entered the correct postal code used for my order. I contacted the seller, but they told me the shipping company is legally responsible for the package once it has been collected. They asked me to open another support ticket, which I did, but it was simply closed without resolving the issue. I cannot obtain a refund from the shipping company, and the seller is refusing to issue a refund or replacement. As a customer, I am left wondering who is actually responsible when neither party accepts liability. I was a returning customer, but after this experience and the lack of effective after sales support, I will not be purchasing from this seller again.

Always Have A Hat

I got these to be better about covering from the sun. I'll also be traveling to Egypt next year and definitely need to have a hat at my fingertips. It's already served me extremely well in the few days I've had it.

Love The Drop Toptote

I am writing to share how much I love The Drop TOPTOTE. I actually own a couple of them now. I keep one permanently attached to my travel tote bag, and it is incredibly versatile. In addition to holding my visor, I have used it to secure my boarding pass, subway tickets, and scarves. The magnet is very strong, so I never have to worry about losing anything clipped to it.
