So on the instructions card, it doesn't say to wet the glass prior to scrubbing. Maybe stupid of me but I started to scrub on dry glass and it didn't do anything. Then I look on the powder pouch and there it said to wet the surface. And it worked great, my shower glass is back to new!

I was supposed to receive four packets of cleaning powder with this but only got two
