Headphones arrived a day early, with a nearly pristine case, bubble wrapped with the folding diagram insert still in immaculate shape. No visible cracks or indications of them being improperly opened. The battery charged up in the expected time and has held its charge well this week. No complaints

I am happy with the product and looking forward to buying more in the future.
