Gary Necklace

I was disappointed to not have received the matching earrings for the Alma pink and ivory necklace. It took 5 days to pull the order, and I guess they ran out. That said, this has happened a few times, and I always let it go. This time, I sent an email of complaint. I do not really need the necklace without the earrings. I just wish you would notify the customer of choices before simply offering a refund and basically, "Too bad. We're out." It might be nice to offer a similar earrings as a compensation.
