Danner Men's Vicious 4.5" Composite Toe Waterproof Slip Resistant Work Boot -Tan- 13886

I ordered Danner Vicious 4.5" Tan Composite Toe and received Danner Vicious 8" Brown Non Safety Toe. After leaving a voice-mail and sending an email I'm frustrated that there isn't a response yet and still not answering the phones. So 1 star until issue is resolved. I can't wear 8" boots. This is my 3rd pair of Danners (1st from Overlook) and it's one of the only pair of lace ups that don't bother my ankles. Also, I need Safety Toe. Update* 6 days later and still no call back from customer service or response to my email. And still no answer when calling and selecting customer service option. I filled out the return forms and sent the wrong pair back. We will see how it goes.
