Zebra Instruments ECM Protector Plug-in Transient protection for ECM motor VZPRO

I must saw the customer service is fantastic but twice now I’ve gotten motors that didn’t work and had to have replacements sent. This latest one I was in a bind and had to buy the OEM motor from Carrier since United could not provide the replacement unit when needed. I still have not received any reply to my last text communication from them. Highly disappointed. If Taylor wasn’t as helpful as she has been through the process I would have given a much lower rating.

It is a great product I am happyI got it cause now I know my motor will be protected from getting fried like it did. The fan blade but a green power wire and it hit metal and shorted out the motor. So now having the surge protector will prevent that. 😁
