Order Never Delivered and No One Can Locate It

I ordered 10 kg of flour for home delivery specifically because collecting such a heavy box from another location is extremely difficult for me. On the scheduled delivery day, I was at home all day. However, I received a text message saying, “Sorry we missed you,” and that my parcel had been taken to TSG Macquarie. This happened on a Tuesday. I was not able to go there until the following Sunday, but when I arrived, the parcel was not there and the staff could not tell me what had happened to it. I was told that someone would call me with an update. I never received a call, so I returned two days later, only to be told that the box still could not be located. Several weeks have now passed, and no one has been able to explain where my order is or provide a solution. The service has been extremely disappointing. My order was never delivered to my home, it was not available at the nominated collection point, and no one has taken responsibility for locating it. At the very least, I expect someone to respond promptly and arrange either a replacement or a full refund.
