The products are really nice, both in design and quality. My negative experience was with customer service. There was good responsiveness, but an unwillingness to take accountability for shipping difficulties. Don't be fooled by the 'free shipping', there is small print they referenced to me about additional shipping costs I was required to pay (more than $30 additional cost).
