I love Tilly Wallace an CJ Archer actually I listen to any audiobook that Marion Hussey narrates!!

I found Tilly Wallace’s books on accident and started them while painting a living room. I binged them and wanted more! I loved her series: Manners and Monsters and the Tournament of Shadows. The characters are lovely, and the mystery keeps you on your toes but also I could place myself in them to watch as things unfolded.

A perfect ending to the series! Sera saves the king and the kingdom, and exacts her revenge on Lord Rowan and Abigail, aided by her friends and the common people who have become her loyal fans. We encounter lots of interesting magical creatures, and have a mage battle at the end, naturally. Sera emerges triumphant, of course! Everything gets wrapped up perfectly, as one would hope for such a series. And maybe there’s a hint of a new series or book with a sea adventure? We can hope!
