Poor poor quality

This is the first time I every ordered something from luminara that the item is defective or the quality is very poor they don’t come on like the others the quality is cheap cheap and I have a lot of your candles these are like second hand product in fact I think it is a knock off bc the name luminara isn’t even on the candles
