It is a GREAT tenderizer and marinade... I have tried it on skirt steak and chicken.. The skirt steak after about 5 hours in the marinade and grilled was melt in ur mouth tender and delicious... The chicken (legs n thighs) , sat overnight...I wasnt intending to leave it that long , was battered and pan fried in peanut oil...Prolly the best fried chicken ive ever made...Def would recommend this product.
