My favorite boots!!

Have owned various White's boots, Red Wing's, Thorogood's and others over the past year(s). UNCONDITIONALLY these 6" Coronado boots are my favorite boots I've owned. The boots molded to my foot in no time and they look great in both casual and work settings. Absolutely recommend these to anyone looking for an all-around, everyday boot!

i received a pair of said boots. wanted to seal them. used mink oil. i know it was suggested to try a small area. that was irrelevant because i was going to use mink oil no matter the outcome. i have to say i'm extremely disappointed with the results. even after drying for a week, the boots are more of a dark greenish/brown. i understand that a sealant might darken the original color, but not totally change it. i would have never complained, but received this survey by email and decided to respond. if i wanted a different color i would have ordered it. if i put mink oil on brown, it would be a darker brown, that would be acceptable. Regardless i'm happy to support American made, being a former marine and a 26yr career firefighter that's important to me. thanks. Sean

Almost perfect

I tried the newer Chelsea but they squeezed my big toe inward so much I couldn’t walk comfortably after two hours at the school I work in. To be fair, I’m an amputee, so it’s probably me not the Chelsea shoe. Anyway, the Coronado has a much wider toe box and this my second pair. They’re really nice! I still think they should have a smooth lining and smooth leather around the Achilles area, but they’re more flexible, wider toe box and lower sole make them a nice blend between hiking and office attire. Buy both colors, you won’t regret it. Since Origin came on my radar, I haven’t bought Danners since…and I wore them for nearly 30 years.
