Love these shoes but the website guided me to order a size that did not fit so I had to send back twice and in third try I ordered the size I always do and they fit great. There was a lot of extra fees involved in these returns and I think the website suggested size was not at all helpful and cost me extra money. But lesson learned. I do love the shoes it the right size :)
