ESun ePA CF Natural Black - Carbon fiber Reinforced Nylon 1.75mm 1kg Spool

Great choice for strong functional parts. It produces usable prints over a wide range of settings. The attached photo shows the range from under- to over-extrusion, yet it still holds together and rebounds to the original shape after extreme distortion. Also attached is the CF printed version of my snowblower gear (shown in the plain nylon review). This is printed very dense (8 walls with solid infil) yet there was very little warpage. It did not let go of the bed during printing, it actually flexed the steel bed a bit. I am printing it straight from my dryer box set to 70°C with a RH of <20%. The bed is coated with a thin layer of Elmer's purple glue stick on a worn-out PEI textured steel bed plate @ 60°C. Print temp 275°C all layers. Printer is an open bedslinger (Sovol SV07+). Speed set to the sSun max recommended 100mm/s. Releases fine when cooled.
