I am extremely disappointed with the level of service I have received regarding my vestment order. I received only a partial shipment without any prior notification, despite my order being paid in full. A cassock was missing from the package, yet no one contacted me to explain the issue, offer to ship the missing item immediately, provide a refund, or present any reasonable resolution. Each time I call, I am told that the matter is “under investigation.” As the customer, I should not have to repeatedly follow up for information or resolution. I was also informed that the company is in the process of getting AIM sorted out. While I understand businesses experience internal challenges, those issues should not affect customers who have already paid in full for their orders. Additionally, I ordered several other vestment sets without tippets that were scheduled to arrive on June 25, 2026. As of July 7, 2026, I have still not received those items or any meaningful communication regarding the delay. The lack of communication, accountability, and customer service throughout this process has been extremely unprofessional. I expect prompt action to resolve these issues by shipping the missing items immediately or providing an appropriate refund, along with an update on the status of the remaining outstanding orders.

I received my garment, after trying it on the cassock button popped off. This makes me think the garment is poorly constructed. Guess I will have to sew it back on. too much of a hassle to send it back.

My 6 piece set. Is missing my cassock, tippet and surplice. So my 6 piece set was a 3 piece. You tell me how I should feel.
